What exactly is "management" and why is it important?

This question comes about every now and then.

Management is the art of administering a server pro-actively.

9 out of 10 hosts offer dedicated servers without management. When something happens, you get in touch and then they attempt to fix whatever problem you are experiencing... if it falls under their general support umbrella. If it doesn't, they ask you to purchase management.

By default, we include full management: core software updates, firewall implementation, email antivirus protection, service hardening, 21 point moniroting and so much more.

All the management comes at no extra cost to our users, as opposed to other web hosts who charge upwards of $80 per server.
